This place is amazing! For several days, my cat decided he didn’t want to eat his usual dry food anymore. I was rather concerned primarily because he wasn’t eating but also because the food I had been using for years was a premium brand and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find another healthy alternative I could trust. Upon waking in, I was greeted by an extremely polite and friendly girl named Michelle. She informed me that she had done her own research on the healthiest and most palatable cat food brands and she was immediately able to recommend a new one for me. She really did an excellent job putting my mind at ease with all of the informative and knowledgeable answers she had to all my questions. As soon as I got home with the new bag of food, my cat devoured his entire bowl within seconds. Michelle absolutely saved the day by making my cat happy again. I really appreciate this place hiring knowledgeable staff because it likely just saved me a $200 trip to the vet. Thank you Michelle!

They are the most friendly and understanding group of individuals! My timid and shy GSD was shown so much grace and he warmed up quickly to their patience and positive energy! Definitely the place to shop! They have the best costumer service out there, and I will definitely make this my #1 pet store! They gave us a couple free samples to take home to try with my boy, and they rewarded him heavily with some treats and made his experience so pleasant!
