I needed a bag of dog food that they didn’t have. The young lady who helped me said that the Troy location had one bag and that she would call and have them hold it for me. By then she was helping another customer, and on my way to the other store I was VERY skeptical…but the bag was right behind the desk when I got there! Great teams start with great leaders, and I (vaguely) know the owners. So I shouldn’t be surprised! Just wanted to share my experience, you guys rock.

I needed a bag of dog food that they didn’t have. The young lady who helped me said that the Troy location had one bag and that she would call and have them hold it for me. By then she was helping another customer, and on my way to the other store I was VERY skeptical…but the bag was right behind the desk when I got there! I love this place! A couple nights ago I went to the store to pickup dog food. It was 15 minutes past the time they closed, and the manager let me inside to get the food! I am so grateful for that, since I forgot to get food that morning and was out (whoops). I've been a customer for years now, and little things like this make me come back! Great customer service isn't dead here, and I love it! Keep up the hard work, all!

I love this place! A couple nights ago I went to the store to pickup dog food. It was 15 minutes past the time they closed, and the manager let me inside to get the food! Great local pet supply store with several locations including Birmingham, Bloomfield, downtown Detroit,etc. Well stocked especially for dog, cats and other small animals. They also do local delivery which i prefer over large pet chains/ distributors ( Amazon, Petsmart) where often deliveries had something damaged or dented

I changed my dog food subscription from a big online retailer to Premier Pet Supply to support local. I set up the first delivery thinking I had a couple days until we ran out and they showed up at my door within an hour of my order to deliver it for free. I was amazed at the quick response!
