I have been shopping at Premier Pet Supply since I transitioned my dogs to a food they offer after a visit to the store one day. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to answer my questions and offer recommendations. They have a fantastic selection of high-quality dog food, treats, and toys. I had a terrible accident a couple months ago that required multiple surgeries on my ankle, temporarily preventing me from driving. The stores delivery service has been an absolute godsend! Sometimes I like to try out different treats when I order dog food & will add on something we have not tried. The store has a massive selection of treats online & a couple times my pick has been out of stock or no longer offered in-store. Each time this happened the store has called when they process my order to let me know & offer other options but the last time I placed an order- my treat selection was not in stock & when I received a phone call about the order, not only did the staff member (I believe she’s a manager) apologize but sent a very sweet note & a couple extra treats for my dogs! What a kind gesture! I always tell them I am just so grateful for their delivery service! Thank you for creating such a welcoming and dog-friendly environment for customers & their pets! - Tiffany

I have been shopping at Premier Pet Supply since I transitioned my dogs to a food they offer after a visit to the store one day. Adopted a beautiful kitten here. Same day. No hassle. Kitten well documented and they offer free items with your adoption. What an ease with adoption process. Comparing to big chain stores , our other kitten was simply missing or not worthy. Very sad. My 4 year old and family are blessed with their service. Thank you staff!

Stopped in today and they did not have the dog food my daughter needed for her Leader Dog puppy. The staff there were awesome! They actually called several other pet store competitors to find the exact dog food and had them hold it for me. Wow! This is above and beyond what I would expect a business to do. Very pleased with the selection of premium foods for dogs and cats here. They have the top raw brands, the top kibbles like Farmina and Carna4. Very possibly my go to store for future purchases. They didn’t have the specific raw frozen food I was looking for, but will have it for me in just a couple days. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Next time I’ll bring the puppy!

I had an issue a week ago with a toy not being returned. The owner Mike reached out and honestly was super sweet. It’s not about doing anything necessarily but the fact that he cared enough to call and leave me a voicemail to express his concern for me being upset was sweet. I love how he handled the situation and how he cares about every single customer. Great company and people. I love when you can talk to someone about something and have a conversation vs a corporate place who doesn’t care what happens. I will be going back to support his family owned business. Thank you for being human!
