Staff is so helpful and wonderful. I just love popping in to see them, especially Marie and Dana! They also have cats available for adoption from time to time for a super reasonable price that includes neutering/spaying, microchiped, and vaccination! Other animals too! Always giving great advice for all my questions 🥰

I have been shopping at Premier Pet Supply since I transitioned my dogs to a food they offer after a visit to the store one day. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to answer my questions and offer recommendations. They have a fantastic selection of high-quality dog food, treats, and toys. I had a terrible accident a couple months ago that required multiple surgeries on my ankle, temporarily preventing me from driving. The stores delivery service has been an absolute godsend! Sometimes I like to try out different treats when I order dog food & will add on something we have not tried. The store has a massive selection of treats online & a couple times my pick has been out of stock or no longer offered in-store. Each time this happened the store has called when they process my order to let me know & offer other options but the last time I placed an order- my treat selection was not in stock & when I received a phone call about the order, not only did the staff member (I believe she’s a manager) apologize but sent a very sweet note & a couple extra treats for my dogs! Premier Pets has great customer service and a wonderful selection of products. I love the flexibility of shopping there- I shop both in person and online for delivery. I appreciate the free local delivery so much and auto ship is great too! So happy to have this Michigan-based store to support. Thank you for supporting me and my pet family.

This is a great pet store they let our rescue share some of their room for our pet adoption events every Saturday at 1 to 4 in Southfield 13 and Southfield rd , plz come pick up a great dog! make a difference dog rescue

Adopted a beautiful kitten here. Same day. No hassle. Kitten well documented and they offer free items with your adoption. What an ease with adoption process. Comparing to big chain stores , our other kitten was simply missing or not worthy. Very sad. My 4 year old and family are blessed with their service. Thank you staff!
