Stopped by not too long ago to get my messy doggy cleaned. Their self service dog was station is awesome . Number one thing for me is that it’s super clean no loose hair all over the place or blowing around everywhere when touching use the dryer. They have real good products inside multiple different shampoo to select from, towels, brushes, ear cleaners, q tips, cotton pads. Not a single thing to complain about. On top of all of that they have exceptional customer service. The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Drew, Maya & Marissa were amazing at explaining everything to me being a first time customer and very helpful. Came in right at close and they were actually happy to have me there instead of trying to rush me out. Entire time I was there they were working so hard to make sure everything is organized and clean before close and caring about the smallest things. The owner is blessed to have such hardworking and friendly employees that care about the attention to detail and seem happy to be there. will definitely be back.

Their DIY dog wash is as "premier" as their name! Two fully enclosed, sparkling clean glass rooms to choose from, each with its own door. Unlike some dog washes, there is ZERO CHANCE of stressed dogs interacting. Huge, professional stainless steel dog tubs with steps can accommodate any size dogs from largest to smallest.They include literally everything you need except a dirty dog, including two types of dryers, but you can bring your own shampoo, towels, etc. if you prefer. Comprehensive selection of pet supplies as well, including many brands of dog food, but I only use the dog wash. Watch for occasional pet portrait events, each benefitting a non-profit.
First time using the dog wash this morning. It was great! Very clean, well stocked with premium products. Well worth the price. We did a couple laps around the store and picked out some treats. We will be back. Staff ( Brandon?) was super helpful and friendly. Thank you
