Wow! Carter is AMAZING! My hubby and I came in looking for something our incredibly picky senior cats after months of them turning their noses up at an abundance of options. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and an overall joy to interact with. As a former retail district manager, I’d have recruited him on the spot if I was still in the industry lol. I am trying to get better food for my fur babies and this place came up in my search. I was greeted when I walked in, and when I was hunting in the wet cat food isle a young man was so very educated and helpful! At check out when they found I was new gave me 25% coupon, explained the rewards program, told me about returning items if needed AND explained if something does come back it's donated to the Human society! I will definitely go back. I wish I looked at the name tags so I could recognize the 2 that helped!
