Friendly staff, go to pet store for all my pets needs.
Call me a super fan! I may be bias, because I am logged into getting texts when they have big sales, but this store has heart. When I impulsively bought a cat tree, I had 3 workers help me load it up in my tiny car, they were nice and didn't make me feel like a burden at all. I also keep coming back on the deals they offer when you are a repeat customer. When my older cat was making her way out, they had all the best dietary options for her, from different broths and soft foods for her. I have never felt unwelcomed in that store. My cats also love the cat tree
Great store with very helpful staff!
I utilize the automatic food delivery service. A few weeks ago, I got a call from the store that the person who picks up and delivers the food forgot mine, or didn't come in, or something...I don't remember exactly what. Anyway, she said that she could drop it off at my house on her way home from work if I needed it that day! THAT is going above & beyond!
