Love the variety of cat toys at this store. Better selection than anything I can find online. If a product isn't in stock they have ordered it for me. Even when it's something that they don't usually stock. They always greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance if you need it. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I go often there to buy items for my pup. All the staff is wonderful especially Angela, she is very knowledgeable and courteous. One of the manager I had an issue this morning. I was ready to cash out when a woman in front of me started to ask questions about food and coupons and talk about her personal things with her. I waited as much as I could I went outside and take my dog for a short walk hoping that she could help me when I was back but she did not and no acknowledge or excuse that she took too much time without thinking I was the one who was buying at least say hi to me and something like I ll be there with you or call one of your colleague. I m very surprise they made her a manager.

By far the friendliest staff of any pet store I’ve ever frequented. they care about our community. The store is clean and fully stocked of everything I need and more. Today we even got free cookies and treats for our dog, and the staff were all dressed up in Halloween costumes. it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this particular store.

By far the friendliest staff of any pet store I’ve ever frequented. they care about our community. The store is clean and fully stocked of everything I need and more. Shauna is the best!! For starters, I’ve been coming to this pet store regularly since it has opened. This is, by far, the best and most all inclusive pet store I have been to. They carry the best, highest quality products. And their staff is very knowledgeable on their products. They carry hand made items and support small businesses. This store also has a dog wash station, and they also have the high velocity dryer and provide any possible grooming product/tool that you could possibly need for when you’re there. Yesterday, Memorial Day, I drove up to the store after having the most stressful weekend with my fur baby, and I noticed that they were getting ready to close up. They stayed open at least an extra 15 minutes past closing to help me find the best products to help my fur baby. Shauna had gone out of her way to check labels on food to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She gave me plenty of helpful suggestions that I never even thought of. I’m thankful that our paths crossed yesterday. I’m grateful for the help. Literally the best store. Gives mom and pop shop vibes. Oh, and all of their living animals there are in great shape and they take very good care of their animals!!!
