We have been coming to Premier since they opened, and love having them around. The staff is almost always very young, but they obviously hire well because they’re very nice, and knowledgeable. The selection is terrific, and pricing is very competitive considering the quality. They always have new products in, and inventory is usually very full. The dog washes are terrific as well, and it’s our go to spot to bathe our 110+lb pup. Great store !

First time using the dog wash this morning. It was great! Very clean, well stocked with premium products. Well worth the price. We did a couple laps around the store and picked out some treats. We will be back. Staff ( Brandon?) was super helpful and friendly. Thank you

They didn’t have the specific dry cat food brand my cats like but they went out of their way and started Googling for pet stores nearby that I can go to. They did find one and I was very grateful they went out of their way to make me a happy customer. Even though they did not have my brand of cat food, I will still shop there for other things because they’re great!

They did find one and I was very grateful they went out of their way to make me a happy customer. This place is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the dog wash stations are always clean and awesome to wash the old hound. My basset loves to come here, and they carry unique high quality brands for food and toys for all your pets. Prices are marginally higher on essentials, can be noticeably higher on larger items but the quality is a reflection of the price. If you want high quality this is your pet shop
