I’ve been coming to this location for all of my pets needs for years and I can’t stress enough how friendly, clean, and professional the staff and the overall environment is! I especially want to give accolades to JASMINE, who always gives the best product and pet care recommendations and goes out of her way to make sure my big reactive fur baby has the most pleasant experience whenever we come to the store! Jasmine always goes above and beyond, and I appreciate all that she does for us customers! Keep up the great work team :-)

We shop here regularly for food and supplies for our pets. Have always enjoyed their great selection and quality of the products they carry. The staff is consistently kind and helpful. Today we had an experienced that solidified their place in the retail hall of fame for us. Our dog had an unfortunate run in with a skunk. He was upset and we had no idea what to do. We called ahead to make sure it was OK to bring him by to use their doggy spa room and they were happy to help us out. They assisted us in finding the right cleaning solution that would work best for our guy. They made sure we had all the supplies we needed and checked in with us as we worked on getting our dog cleaned up. They really helped us get through the chaos and stress of how to deal with a very smelly dog. We all left happy and relieved. We can’t thank them enough!

Super friendly and attentive staff. Huge variety to choose from. They even have a public restroom, which is very unusual to see in a pet supply store. They have diy pet grooming space and host seasonal pet pictures. Just a breath of fresh air for all pet parents.

Took my Mom's 4-month-old miniature dachshund puppy in for a socializing walk and was greeted by several super friendly staffers. They weren't pushy at all but could answer all my questions about the various harnesses as the puppy grows. I come back here again and again. The foods available here also seem to be a solid notch or more better than what you'd see at Petco or Pets-Mart.
