I visited this pet store for the first time today and was immediately impressed. The staff was so welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuine. I’ve been doing tons of research trying to find the right food for my 10-year-old dog who has reduced activity and struggles to lose weight. I asked for recommendations, and they went above and beyond — explaining ingredients, comparing options, and helping me choose something that fit my dog’s needs and my budget. I love supporting local, family-owned businesses, but sometimes it ends up costing more, which can make it hard. This store completely changed that for me. I got amazing guidance, personalized recommendations, and I’m actually saving money on dog food now — which was such a pleasant surprise. I left feeling excited to see how this new food works for my girl — hopefully keeping her full, happy, and maybe helping her finally lose a little weight. I’m genuinely so satisfied and grateful I found this place. My dog and I will definitely be back! 🐾💛

My wife and I were in a bind near closing and needed harnesses. They stayed open a couple mins late to help us out. We accidentally bought leashes but they allowed us to return them the next day. Grace is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Super nice people here.
