You absolutely could not find a better small community-focused business than Premier Pet Supply in Detroit. I started shopping there shortly after they opened that location. The staff was helpful and kind and it just got better. Over my dog's life, advanced aging and finally with his recent death the people at Premier helped me with high quality products that helped him thrive through the senior years of his nearly 20 year life. I cannot imagine more caring and kind people. They donate and support local animal charities, they house and facilitate pet adoptions for rescued animals, they each are genuinely compassionate and kind. Yeah, it's a nice clean store with a great selection but the reason I'd never go anywhere else is because of the people at the store. I am moved to tears when I think about how generous they've been to our family and how kind they've been in our time of mourning the loss of our dog. Thank you to the exceptional people I've had the privilege to know at Premier Pet Detroit.
Great selection of cat food with a fun and friendly staff
I can’t say enough about the crew that leads and supports the premier pet Detroit store! Despite being avid online shoppers, we make it a point to support our local store not just because of proximity to our home but because the crew feels like family. They know my entire family, always ask about our girls (pups), hold items when we’re in need, and same with custom orders if they don’t have my product in stock! Customer service 10/10; good humans 10/10; always have what my girls want and need 10/10.
