I have never been inside this store. I also work retail but I do purchase my dog food online. I might add it is also the only store locally that carries the brand we use. Any time I have ever had an issue they are kind and work to find a solution. If you’re shopping for you pet anywhere else huge mistake. Great pet store with great selections. We live real close. We go there all the time. Our house caught on fire, so we needed to go get leashes, harnesses, food for our 3 dogs etc. Everyone was real nice and they even gave us a discount. They will always be my go to pet store.
I was pretty broke and the owner gave me stuff for free for my cat, Judy that I thought was a girl and he found out it was a boy for me. Great place!
